Bitter Gourd Fry
1.Bitter Gourd : 4
2. salt :as needed
3. chilly : 6 in nos, depending on your taste
4. coconut :1/2 cup
5. oil :for frying
1.cut bitter gourds into thin circle shapes. put 1 spoon salt and mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
2.Grind coconut and chillies and make as paste do not add water or if very emergency then add little water .
3.squeeze out all the water from them .
4.fry them in oil till they become golden brown in color .
5. Take another pan and add the coconut and chilly paste and fry till the raw smell is gone .
6.serve with rice / chapathi .. Mmmmmmm Yummy spicy and sour bitter gourd fry is ready. 😀
