Spicy & Tangy Potato Fry
1.potato : 4 nos
2. green chillies : 6 /as required.
3. coconut : 1/2 cup
4. onions : 1
5 . Lemon: 1/2
6. oil : as required
7 . mustard seeds : 1/2 spoon
8 . Coriander leaves : as needed
9 . turmeric powder : 1/4 spoon.
1.Chop onions , grind coconut ,chillies in a mixer.
2. heat the pan with oil and add mustard seed and onions. fry them till golden brown.
3. add boiled mashed potatoes and the grinded mixture and some turmeric powder to get nice colour.
4. mix well and fry till the raw smell of the coconut and chilly mixture is gone and off the stove and some coriander leaves and squeeze the lemon to it.
5. serve with poori or chapathi or rice .. spicy and tangy potato fry is ready …Mmmm mouth watering 😀
