Rice : 1 Cup
Water : 3 Cups
Beans : 4
Pudhina Leaves : 1 Cup
Curry Leaves as required
Oil as required
Garam Masala : 2 Spoons
Green Chilly : 6 or as you need
Coconut : 1/4 cup
Onions : 1 cup
1.soak the rice in water .and start the other side of preparation.
2.Cut onions , Beans . and finely grind coconut, chillies and pudhina in a mixer .
3.Take a pan and heat oil and put mustard seeds and curry leaves .
4. Add onions and beans into the pan and fry till onions are golden brown ,
5. Add the grinded mixture into it and fry till raw smell is gone.
6.Now add the fried mixture into the soaked rice vessel and close . And cook it in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles or you can prepare open vessel also as your convenience.
7. After taking out the vessel from the cooker it looks like this. but don’t get tensed .. just mix the rice finally for once..
8.Delicious Pudhina Pulao is ready to serve hot .. Enjoy ….. 😀
