1. boiled rice : 1 Cup
2. curd : 1 Cup / as needed
3. chilly : 2
4. mustard seeds : 1/4 spoon
5 . Salt to taste
6. curry leaves : 4
7 coriander leaves as needed(optional).
1.cut onions and chillies .
2. now take pan with little oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and chillies , coriander leaves and fry for 1 minute. and these mixture to boiled rice
3. Now add curd , onions , and salt .and mix well.
4 . tasty curd rice is ready to eat.. its best option when you are lazy to prepare something.. and good to have during hot days.. its a very cool recipe . Be Cool and Enjoy 😀
