Mysore Bonda

Ingredients


  1. Maida : 1 Cup

2. Rice Flour:1/4 Cup.

3.Curd: 1/2 Cup(Sour Curd Is Best).

4.Water : As Needed.

5. Coriander : As required.

6.Chilly : 2 (finely chopped)

7.Oil: For Deep Fry.

8. Baking soda: 1/4 Spoon.

  1. Mix maida,rice flour, curd ,salt , baking Soda and water in a bowl equal to bonda consistency, keep it aside for  3 hours or you can prepare instantly too. make sure you add sour curd, it taste best.

2. Add chopped ginger, chilly,coriander and mix well.

3. Take  a pan and deep fry them in MEDIUM FLAME till golden brown . Tasty Mysore Bondas are ready to have , mouth watering bonda … 😀
