Akki Roti

1. Rice Flour : 2 Cups.

2.Warm Water : As Required.

3.Chilly : 3.

4.Salt : To taste.

5. Split Bengal Gram : 1 Spoon.

6.Coriander : As Required .

7. Onions : 1 (Big Size).


1.Finely Chop Chillies , Onions , Coriander.  And take rice flour in a bowl and mix all the chopped ingredients, salt, split bengal gram and warm  water to it equal to roti consistency.

2. Apply little oil on the pan and place the dumpling and spread it over the pan evenly and thin.

3. Place the pan on the stove on high flame and close it with lid for 2 mins . and turn it over and roast again, no need to close the lid that time. remove from pan when its nicely roasted.

4. Serve with Pickle.
